Here is our promise to you:
All-Star Auto Glass Warranty (Effective August 7, 2012):
All-Star Auto Glass warrants your replacement auto glass against defects in materials and workmanship as long as you own the vehicle and as long as we are notified of such defect within 10 days of discovery. We will repair the warranted glass or correct the defective workmanship without charge. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the repair, a complete refund of the purchase price of your warranted product will be given. All refunds will be given as a credit toward the purchase of a new glass installed in the original vehicle by our Service Center.
This warranty does not cover breakage or damage resulting from vandalism, theft, “acts of God,” owner negligence, or self-inflicted damage. The sealing of any windshield is guaranteed with the exception of leakage, stress cracks or related damage resulting from the vehicles body or rust deterioration or any factory seals that All-Stars deems necessary to replace. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to advise you of the existence of such damage or rust prior to removal of the existing glass.
Windshield repair, repairing a chip, is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle. In some cases, the attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip or crack becoming larger, and we are not responsible for such damage. If the repair on the originally damaged portion of the windshield cracks again in the same spot, we will credit the amount of the original repair against the windshield replacement cost where the replacement work is performed by All-Star. If the vehicle is insured by a comprehensive insurance policy, you must pay the deductible portion of your policy. This warranty applies as long as you own the vehicle on which the repair was made and is not transferable.
In order to exercise your rights under this warranty, please contact our nearest Service Center. You will need to show proof of purchase such as your original work order or invoice. We request that all warranty work be performed in our Service Center to allow us to oversee quality assurance. This warranty covers the repair and replacement mentioned above and does not cover rock chip repairs or incidental or consequential damages. There are no warranties that extend beyond those expressed.
